How does the credit subscription work?

You choose a tier — $250, $500, or $1,000 per delivery. Each dollar is a credit. Before each delivery you pick the cuts you want from our menu (priced by the pound) and your credit deducts as you go. Anything left over rolls into your next box.

Can I skip or cancel?

Yes — anytime. Skip a month, pause, or cancel from your account. No fees.

What if I'm outside the 50-mile delivery radius?

We ship nationwide via FedEx Priority Overnight, packed in insulated coolers with dry ice. Standard ship rate is $29; free on Ranch.

Is everything grass-fed?

Yes. 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, no grain, no hormones, no antibiotics, ever. Born and raised on our Georgia pasture.

Tell me about the jerky add-on.

Optional extra: 4 oz packs of whole-muscle, uncut bison jerky in three flavors (Original, Peppered, Sweet & Hot) added to every delivery. Not the ground-and-formed stuff — actual slices of muscle, slow-cured. $60 / $120 / $180 tiers depending on how many packs you want. Can be added at signup or later from your account.

How is payment handled?

Your card is charged automatically every 30 days on the same calendar date you first ordered (e.g., signed up on the 15th, billed every 15th). Processed securely through Square. Update your card or skip an upcoming charge anytime from your account.

Do you offer bulk pricing or restaurant accounts?

Yes — whole, half, and quarter sides of bison are available for households stocking the freezer and for restaurants. Email us and we'll send pricing.
